Description
Opaline is a four-piece set in periwinkle blue. The khaadi net kurta has a round keyhole neckline and long sleeves, with a block-printed botanical motif across the full surface of the fabric and a vine border at the hem. Block printing is done by hand with carved wooden blocks — each impression is slightly different, which gives the print a warmth that digital printing does not have. Dabka wire embroidery and sequin embellishment run alongside the print at the neckline and hem.
The raw silk inner slip and culotte are worn beneath the khaadi net kurta. Raw silk has a slightly textured surface and a matte finish — it does not compete with the net above it. The culotte is wide-legged and falls just below the knee.
The dupatta is multicolor chiffon carrying hand-applied 3D flower appliqués. Each flower is constructed individually — the petals are shaped and layered before being attached to the dupatta surface. The flowers are in lavender, peach, yellow, blue, and mint. The dupatta is the most maximalist element in the collection and is meant to be shown, not tucked away.

Care
- Cleaning Dry clean only. The 3D flower appliqués on the dupatta are fragile and will not survive washing.
- Storage Hang the kurta, slip, and culotte on padded hangers. The dupatta should be stored flat or rolled — never folded across the flower appliqués.
- Steaming The khaadi net kurta can be lightly steamed on low heat from the reverse side. The raw silk pieces should be steamed on the reverse side at low heat, 15 cm from the fabric. For the dupatta, do not steam over the flower appliqués — steam the chiffon sections only, holding the steamer well away from the flowers.
- Ironing Do not iron any piece directly. Raw silk can be pressed on the reverse side on the lowest silk setting with a pressing cloth. Do not iron the dupatta under any circumstances.

We take great care to represent each color as faithfully as possible. Still, slight variations may occur between what you see on screen and the garment you receive. The nature of fabric dyes, conditions during the dyeing process, photography, lighting, and individual screen settings can all influence the way a color appears.
Handcrafted Fabrics
Handwoven and handcrafted textiles may reveal irregular threads, variations in the weave, or small marks left by the making process. These are inherent to the material and a quiet signature of its authenticity. We believe the beauty of something made by hand lies, in part, in the evidence that a hand was there.
Measurements
Because our pieces are cut, stitched, and finished by hand, measurements may vary slightly from one garment to another. A variation of up to ±2 inches falls within our accepted tolerance.
No two handmade pieces will ever be entirely identical. We would not want them to be.
Make it Modest
Adds full-sleeve lining, inner layering beneath any sheer fabric, and an extended slip through the midriff, so the piece stays fully covered without changing its silhouette or design.
